About the Role

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team at Silverwater. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement really matter.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our inventory, pricing, and product data is accurate and reliable — supporting smarter decisions across the business and helping us deliver unmatched value to our members.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintaining and validating supplier pricing in line with agreements

• Managing and maintaining accurate product, supplier and store data

• Ensuring ERP and system data integrity across procurement and inventory systems

• Liaising with suppliers on pricing updates, product information and data clarifications

• Supporting inventory management, reporting, audits and cycle counts

• Identifying data issues and driving improvements to processes and systems

• Providing cross-functional support to procurement, inventory, finance, sales and stores

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in supply chain coordination, inventory control or logistics

• Strong data and system skills, ideally with ERP and reporting tools

• Confidence working with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis)

• Great attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

• Qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or equivalent experience

Experience with tools like Phocas, Netstock or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
